You make the payment of our itinerary design fee (which serves as a non-refundable deposit for your trip), and we send you our client contract for e-signature.

You review our itinerary proposal carefully and send us any requested modifications. We turn around subsequent versions of your itinerary in just a few days’ time. Our design fee normally covers up to 2 full revisions on the first draft (for a total of 3).

Once you are satisfied with your itinerary, you make a payment of 50% of the total package price and we begin to make your bookings. (Note: If your trip is less than 2 months away, we may require 100% payment at this point).

A special note for post-Covid travel: Spain Savvy’s cancellation policy is clearly outlined in our Client Contract which is sent to our clients when they engage our services.  In the event of a Covid-related cancellation, we are committed to working with our clients to keep trips as flexible as possible, and have proven our ability to work with all our clients closely and fairly, with a high level of communication, to reschedule or cancel trips as needed.

If a client decides to cancel a trip because of Covid-related concerns, we can only provide full refunds if/when our suppliers provide us with a refund.  Spain Savvy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (minimum 10%) for all trip cancellations.
