01. Inquiry & Survey
Shoot us a message via this handy contact link. We’ll reach out swiftly and send along our client survey so you can tell us a bit more about your perfect trip. From there we’re happy to set up a phone call, video chat, or whatever method of communication works best to get started planning your trip. We do charge a minimum of 100€ for an initial 30 minute consultation, which will then be discounted from your quoted design fee.
02. Design
Our passionate travel specialists spend about 10-14 days crafting your complete, highly-personalized itinerary based on your trip length, interests, and budgets. We pre-book hotels to secure the perfect accommodations and lock in our private guides and partners.
03. Review
We send off the itinerary for your review, listen attentively to your feedback, and work together to perfect it. We offer up to 3 full itinerary revisions and are happy to tweak it until it’s perfect.
04. Confirm
Your itinerary, accommodations, and experiences are confirmed with all of our partners once your 50% deposit is received.
05. Preparation
We make final arrangements, send you all the on-the-ground contact info (including ours), offer insider tips, and you set up your app so you have everything you need in one place.
06. Embark
You head out! With your itinerary in hand, you’ll have everything you need. But we’re always available–often in the same time zone and in-country–if you need any assistance. We may even be able to meet you in person.

Absolutely! Most clients book their international airfare but we always take care of all in-country airfare, as well as trains and private transfers.
We can! Though we prefer to find the best hotels for you, we can also help you build the rest of your itinerary.
We charge a minimum 700€ itinerary design fee for all of our clients, depending on the length and complexity of your trip, as well as the number of travelers. Because every itinerary is unique, each requires an extensive amount of research, knowledge, and time to execute.
Spain Savvy partners with Global Rescue for travel insurance. If you do not specifically request travel insurance, we understand that you are covered or refusing coverage. It is the travelers’ responsibility to secure travel insurance within the window of time stipulated by the insurer. For travel following the global COVID-19 crisis, we highly recommend contracting CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) insurance where possible.
All services are non-refundable once paid and booked (unless specifically stated otherwise). The cancellation date is the date in which we receive the written cancellation by the client. If the client needs to cancel a trip, they must notify us in writing (email) as soon as possible. We will specify any cancellation fees and make any necessary refunds promptly. If the client wishes to make any changes to the itinerary after confirmation and payment, the client will be responsible for the payment of any applicable change/cancellation fees.
Absolutely. We offer both recommendation and reservation services.
You can get by well in most tourist destinations of Spain, Portugal, and Morocco with English and some excellent charade skills. However, we always recommend downloading Duolingo before the trip and doing your best to learn a few basic phrases. Folks really appreciate it!
