Bravo to Sarah Gemba and Spain Savvy for creating a wonderful experience for us in Spain. Sarah was very attentive to our particular interests and based on one pre-trip conversation and a few emails, she curated a fantastic itinerary for us. Her hotel and restaurant recommendations were spot on, and the pace of the excursions we went on was just right for our short time (nine days) there. It was the perfect pace of sightseeing and having some down time to experience the culture. We even had time to take a cooking class. We are already planning a trip to Portugal next year and will definitely have Sarah coordinate our time there as well as a possible return to Spain!
